Juvenile Offenses
Juvenile Crimes
Adolescence is a difficult time for most people. Sometimes people under 18 make bad decisions and find themselves in legal trouble. Parker Law knows that juvenile courts operate differently than adult courts and strive to keep youths out of detention. Parker Law works to compel the presiding judge to give youths another chance.
Recently, Parker Law managed to achieve a disposition for a client charged with two felony drug convictions and a firearm conviction that involved no jail time due to the procedural errors exposed in the police report and the juvenile’s progress in school and employment.
Do not let a mistake early in life affect your future. Parker Law strives to help keep your record clean so that you do not lose out on future job opportunities or financial aid for college.
Sealing Juvenile Convictions
In Washington, people with past juvenile convictions can have their records sealed. If you were convicted of a non sex offense juvenile crime and you have been crime free for two years after your conviction, you may be eligible to expunge your conviction. This includes sealing multiple convictions that employers will not be able to access and potentially destroying past records.
